The bars and weights set excellent quality for training at home. It is really useful for adjusting the desired weight and when finished, it can be stored practically anywhere. The plates are screwed onto the bar and then the collars simply clamp the plates. The photo shows 8 plates of 2.5 lbs and 4 plates of 1.25 lbs but the exact contents are indicated below.
